Led by Ben Lucas, A former NRL player, marathon runner, gym founder and head coach of the Sydney marathon. This retreat blends trail running, mobility, strength, and recovery practices with mindset, nutrition, and connection.
You’ll learn how to move efficiently, fuel intelligently, and recover intentionally, unlocking that sweet spot between effort and ease.

Expect to experience:
Daily graded trail runs through the Gold Coast Hinterland with technique cues, pacing strategies, hill form, and trail awareness.
Strength for runners – mobility drills, glute activation, and ankle/foot resilience to bulletproof your stride.
Recovery rituals – guided stretching, ice & sauna contrast sessions, breathwork, and sleep optimisation.
Performance labs – gait and cadence micro-assessments, shoe chat, and practical training insights.
Fuel & mindset – nutrition strategies for performance and recovery, plus mental tools for staying grounded under pressure.
Evening slow flow or yoga sessions – to unwind and recalibrate.
Community connection – fireside chats, live coaching huddles, and goal-setting circles that spark long-term motivation.

6:30 AM – Trail Run & Drills (graded groups)
8:00 AM – Recovery Breakfast
10:00 AM – Strength & Mobility Lab
12:30 PM – Fuel & Mindset Workshop
2:00 PM – Recovery Rituals (ice baths / sauna / stretch / nap club)
5:00 PM – Optional Yoga or Slow Flow
6:30 PM – Dinner & Coach’s Table Conversation
8:30 PM – Campfire Q&A & Goal Setting
All sessions are optional. You can push hard, go easy, or simply soak it all in.

Our incredible chef Darryn Bonhomme creates vibrant dishes inspired by performance nutrition: balanced macros, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and an emphasis on real food that tastes incredible.
Think: roasted sweet potato and halloumi salads, grain bowls with spiced chicken or tofu, chia breakfast puddings, and post-run smoothies.
Every meal is a reminder that food is fuel (and pleasure).
